Oh My, Miami.

After a few months of house hunting, we've finally found one we love.

It's a little out of our price range ($11.5m), and not as close as we'd like to family and friends (Miami Beach), but this room won me over.D1374765_2

We might just have to extend ourselves for a few years to cover it. But there's good economic reasoning behind it.

In the post today I received a long awaited parcel of tees for my winter range. You've no idea how hard it is to find good quality blank tees for printing. There are a couple of places in Australia that sell them, but other than one (which only makes up to size 2), they're either limited in colour and quantity, or the quality is just shite. To be frank.

So after hitting the tshirt forum blogs (yes they do exist) for the last 12 months, I finally tried a Miami company, which agreed to wholesale to Australia. And I'm so glad it did. They are divine (or, as they say on ebay, devine).

But as we wandered through another too good to be true house tonight, I thought maybe we should try offshore where houses are supposedly cheaper and grander – hence my foray onto US real estate sites. Ok, so this one's a little steep, but I did just pay US$70 to have a couple of sample tees posted from Miami, and if I lived there…

Well thought out dear friend. $70 every 2 months would cover that sort of mortgage. Surely?
